硫酸镁联合呋喃西林外敷治疗肾病患儿并发蜂窝组织炎的临床观察

目的]观察硫酸镁联合呋喃西林外敷治疗肾病患儿并发蜂窝组织炎疼痛的疗效。方法]将28例肾病并发蜂窝组织炎患儿随机分为实验组和对照法各14例,实验组患儿发病初期使用硫酸镁加呋喃西林外敷患处,对照组患儿发病初期使用硫酸镁外敷患处。两组患儿均外敷8h后观察1次疗效,共外敷4次。采用视觉模拟评分(visual analogscale,VAS)对两组患儿疼痛程度进行评估比较。结果]第1个8h两组VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),之后的3个8h实验组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]硫酸镁加呋喃西林外敷治疗儿童蜂窝组织炎能有效减轻患儿的疼痛。

Clinical observation on external application treatent of agnesiu sulfate in cobination with nitrofurazone for children with kidney disease coplicated with cellulitis

Objective：To observe the curative effect of external application treatent of agnesiu sulfate in cobination with nitrofurazone for children with kidney disease coplicated with cellulites.ethods：A total of 28 cases of nephropathy patients coplicated with cellulitis were randoly divided into experiental group and control group,14 cases in each,experiental group children on early onset were given external application treatent of agnesiu sulfate plus nitrofurazone,the control group children received external application with agnesiu sulfate on early onset.After external application for 8 h for two groups of children,observed after 1 the curative effect was observed,total for 4 ties.the degree of pain was assessed and copared between the two groups by using a visual analog scale（visual analog scale,VAS）.28 children patients with the kidney disease（including nephrotic syndroe and nephritis） secondary to cellulites were randoly divided into two groups.furacillin adding to agnesiu sulphate were used by external application in the experiental group while agnesiu by external application in the control group.The intensity pain was assessed by Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） Scale.Conclusion Results：There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups at the first 8 hours（P0.05）,while the children＇s pain in the experiental group was significantly lower than that of control group at 8-3 h（P0.05）.Conclusion：The external application treatent with agnesiu sulfate plus nitrofurazone for children with cellulitis can effectively reduce the pain of the.
