摘    要:目的观察笔者设计的一种自制辅助呼吸工具在无痛胃镜中的有效性。方法 150例无痛胃镜检查患者,分为实验组(A组,辅助呼吸工具加无痛胃镜专用面罩,n=75例)和对照组(B组,无痛胃镜专用面罩,n=75例)。观察两组检查中的临床效果。结果两组患者发生呼吸抑制的比较差异无统计学意义;在潮气量大幅度减少,呼吸有暂停趋势时A组使用辅助呼吸工具,可使血氧饱和度恢复正常,B组则需暂停胃镜操作,面罩加压给氧方可,甚至需要拔出胃镜,用常规面罩加压给氧。两组患者拔出胃镜使用常规面罩加压给氧的差异有统计学意义。结论辅助呼吸工具可以较好的帮助完成胃镜操作,作为一种辅助安全措施之一,值得在临床应用中推广。

Abstract:Objective To observe the author designed a self-made assisted breathing tools in painless gastroseope effectiveness. Methods 150 cases of painless endoscopy patients were divided into experimental group (A special mask for assisted breathing tool plus a painless gastroscope, n = 75 cases) and control group ( B group, painless gastroscope special mask, n = 75 ). The clinical effects were observed in check. Results The patients respiratory depression difference not statistically significant, a substantial reduction in tidal vol- ume, respiratory pause trend assisted breathing tool, allows oxygen saturation returned to normal, the B group was required to suspend gastroscopy operation, oxygen mask pressure before, or even need to pull out a gastros- copy, pressurized oxygen conventional mask. The two groups were pulled out gastroseopy using conventional mask pressurized oxygen difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Respiratory support tools can bet- ter help complete gastroscopy promotion in the clinical application as an adjunct to one of the safety measures, it is worth.
