家庭自我护理在白血病病人化疗间歇期留置PICC护理中的应用

目的]探讨家庭自我护理应用于白血病病人化疗间歇期留置经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)护理中的可行性。方法]选择白血病病人98例,均留置PICC,在化疗间歇期根据病人及家属自愿的原则分为家庭自我护理组(50例)和返院护理组(48例),对两组病人进行操作示范、培训及相关的教育,跟踪观察6个月,比较两组PICC导管常见并发症发生率及留置时间。结果]两组导管常见并发症发生率及留置时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论]对白血病病人及家属进行规范培训后在化疗间歇期采用家庭自我护理是安全可行的。

Application of faily self-care in nursing care of leukeia patients accepting peripherally inserted central venous catheter in interittent period of cheotherapy

Objective：To probe into the feasibility of faily self-care used for nursing care of leukeia patients accepting peripherally inserted central venous catheter（PICC） in interittent period of cheotherapy.ethods：A total of 98 cases of leukeia patients were selected and accepted indwelling PICC.According to the voluntary principle of patients and their failies during cheotherapy interittent,they were divided into faily self-care group（50 cases） and return to hospital care group（48 cases）,and operation deonstration,training and related education were carried out for the two groups of patients,Follow-up observations for six onths,the incidence of coon coplications and indwelling tie of PICC catheter were copared.Results：There were not statistically significant differences in incidence of coon catheter coplications and the retention tie between both groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The faily self-care is safe and feasible after regular training for patients and their failies during cheotherapy interittent.
