104例先天性心脏病病人行介入封堵治疗的护理

目的]总结先天性心脏病病人行介入封堵治疗的护理。方法]对104例先天性心脏病病人行介入封堵治疗,同时加强术前护理、术后心电监护、手术肢体制动与观察、饮食护理、体温监测、并发症的观察与防治等。结果]104例病人均成功行介入封堵治疗,术后并发心律失常8例,手术穿刺部位渗血1例,假性动脉瘤1例,经治疗和护理后,均恢复正常,顺利出院。结论]加强先天性心脏病病人行介入封堵治疗的护理,是手术成功的保证。

Nursing care of 104 congenital heart disease patients undergoing interventional occlusion therapy

Objective：To summarize the nursing care of congenital heart disease patients undergoing interventional occlusion therapy.Methods：A total of 104 cases of congenital heart disease patients underwent interventional occlusion therapy,at the same time to strengthen the preoperative care,postoperative ECG monitoring,the brake and observation of the operated limb,diet care,body temperature monitoring,observation and prevention of complications for them.Results：Interventional occlusion therapy was successful in all 104 patients,eight cases complicated with postoperative arrhythmia,a case complicated with surgical puncture site oozing,a case with pseudoaneurysm,all patients returned to normal and discharged successfully.Conclusion：It is a guarantee for the success of the surgery to strengthen the nursing care of congenital heart disease patients undergoing interventional occlusion therapy.
