项目教学法对护生评判性思维的影响

摘    要:目的]研究项目教学法对护生评判性思维的影响。方法]将我院2009级高职护理组的护生随机分成2组,实验组在临床教学的过程中采用项目教学法,对照组采用启发式教学,经过1年教学改革尝试,对两组护生进行评判性思维的比较。结果]实验组护生的总得分为(292.86分±45.29分),从总体上来说两组护生的评判性思维能力为中等水平,实验组护生的评判性思维能力高于对照组护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]护生的评判性思维能力与培养模式、教学方法、教师特征、学习环境及学习方法均有一定的关系。

Abstract:Objective:To study the influence of project teaching method on critical thinking of nursing students. Methods: the students of high voca- tional nursing group in our college were randomly divided into experimen- tal group and control group, experimental group cases were taught by u- sing project teaching method, control group cases used heuristic teaching, then to compare the teaching effect between the two groups after teaching reform trial for 1 year. Results:It showed a middling level of critical think- ing ability in two groups generally. The total score of experimental group students was 292.86, which was higher than that of the control group. The critical thinking ability of experimental group students was better than that of control group students(P〈0.05). Conclusion .. It suggested that the crit- ical thinking ability of nursing students were related to education mode, teaching method, characteristics of teachers, learning method and learning environment.
