C型定位法在老年病人桡动脉采血中的应用

目的]观察C型定位法在老年病人桡动脉采血中的应用效果。方法]将94例需采集桡动脉血的老年病人随机分为观察组和对照组各47例,对照组采取传统的方法进行穿刺,观察组采用C型定位法进行穿刺。结果]观察组一次穿刺成功率高于对照组、血肿发生率低于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]C型定位法运用于老年病人桡动脉采血中能提高穿刺成功率、减少局部血肿的发生。

Application of type C positioning ethod in collecting radial artery blood of old patients

Objective：To observe the applied effect of type C positioning ethod in collecting radial artery blood of old patients.ethods：A total of 94 cases of elderly patients who need to collect the radial artery blood were randoly divided into observation group and control group,47 cases in each,the control group patients took the traditional approach to puncture,the observation group patients used Type C positioning ethod for puncture.Results：once success rate of disposable puncture the observation group was higher than that of control group,the incidence of heatoa was lower than that of the control group,the difference between both groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Type C positioning ethod used in elderly patients with radial arterial blood collection can iprove the success rate and reduce the occurrence of local heatoa.
