| 摘 要： | 采用乙二胺化学修饰法制备生物素bcr基因探针，探针的检测敏感性达1pg，接近同位素标记探针的敏感性。该标记方法操作方便，标记效果稳定，探针可长期保存，试剂价格较低廉，为bcr基因探针的临床应用开辟了一条新途径。

| Abstract: | Biotinylated bcr(breakpoint cluster region ) gene probe was prepared by a chemical labeling method of ethylenediamine modification procedure. The probe labeled by this method was able to detect lpg homologous DNA in dot hybridiration. The operation of the method was a convenience. The stable labeling efficacy, high detecting sensitivity of the probe. Low price of reagents and long term conservation of the probe make it a new route of the clinical application of bcr gene probe. |
