| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中医辨证施治湿温病发热的疗效。方法对28例经常规西医治疗效果不佳的呼吸道感染发热患者,用中药甘露消毒丹加减治疗,每天1剂,服2～4天。结果 25例患者症状和体征消失,3例患者经静脉滴注生脉注射液2天,症状和体征基本消失,均恢复工作和学习。结论中医在治疗湿温病方面比西医效果显著,尤其是在退热方面。

| Abstract: | Objective： To studies the therapeutic effect that diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient＇ s condition of Chinese medicine on fever of Damp-warm disease. Methods：The western medicine treated the 28 cases of fever by respiratory tract fictions,but therapeutic effect is not well. The cases had been treated by Ganlu xiaodu pellet. Result： The 25 cases of Damp-warm patients had reeoved. The 3 cases of Damp-warm patients had been treated by Shengmai injection. They had also reeoved. Conclusion： Chinese medicine is effective than the western medicine on the treatment of fever by Shiwen disease. |
