| 摘 要： | 骨质疏松症的本质特征是骨力学强度下降,骨小梁的微结构变化是影响骨强度最重要的因素,显微CT能够很好的评价骨小梁微结构,指导临床用药和预防骨质疏松骨折的发生。本文仅对近年来应用显微CT对松质骨微结构研究方面的应用进行回顾性文献综述。

| Abstract: | The nature clraracteristics of osteoporosis is the decrease of bone mechanical strength. The change of trabeculer microstru- crure is the most important fact that affect the bone mechanical properties. Micro-CT can assess trabecular microstructure and then guide the treatment and prevent osteoporosis fracture. The purpose of tiffs article is to overview the study of trabecular microstructure by micro- CT. |
