| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨损伤严重评分(injury severitv score,ISS)在5.12地震伤员救治中的作用.方法 对我院在5.12地震灾害发生后2周内伤员以ISS进行检伤,并依此为依据对伤员进行诊治,分析诊治结果.结果 2周内共对2171例伤员进行了检伤,行急诊清创手术985例,其中1418例患者入院治疗,急诊室死亡13倒.结论 在大型灾害的救援中,以ISS进行检伤对保障伤员迅速、合理救治是非常有效的.
