人前列腺癌中P21CIP1/WAF1, Rb的表达意义

摘    要:目的:研究P21^CIP1/WAF1及Rb在人前列腺癌标本中的表达以及两的相关性,以阐述它们与前列腺癌的病理分级及临床分期的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SABC法染色技术对36例前例腺癌标本进行检测,观察P21^CIP1/WAF1及Rb在前列腺癌各病理分级,临床分期中的表达及相关性。结果:在36例人前列腺癌标本中,P21^CIP1/WAF1和Rb免疫组化阳性染色为棕黄色或棕褐色,分别定位于细胞质和细胞核,其中P21^CIP1/WAF1阳性19例,阳性率52.8%。Rb阳性17例,阳性率47.2%。在不同病理分级、临床分期之间差异均有显性,但实验结果未发现P21^CIP1/WAF1与Rb有显相关性。结论:P21^CIP1/WAF1,Rb的表达与前列腺癌细胞的病理学分级、临床分期呈负相关性,在前列腺癌分子发病机制中可能涉及到P21^CIP1/WAF1,Rb调节通道的异常。

Abstract:AIM To research the expression and correlation of P21 CIP1/WAF1 and Rb in human prostate cancer, for the purpose of illustrating their relations to the pathological grading and clinical phases. METHODS We tested the 36 samples ofprostate cancer by applying the immunohistochemical SABC method and observed the expression and correlation of P21 CIP1/WAF1 and Rb in human prostate cancer, and applied this method to the study of the clinical phases. RESULTS In the above mentioned 36 samples, the immunohistochemistry positive of P21 CIP1/WAF1 and Rb showed the color of brown or dark brown, which were in cytoplasm and nucleus. Among them, 19 cases is P21 CIP1/WAF1 positive, rated 52.8%, and 17 is Rb positive, rated 47.2%. Statistically the significant differences of P21CIP1/WAF1 and Rb were found in different pathological grading and clinical phases but no significant correlation was found between p21 CIP1/WAF1 and Rb respectively. CONCLUSION Experiment shows a negative correlation between the expression of P21 CIP1/WAF1 and Rb and the pathological grading and clinical phases. The pathogenic mechanism of the prostate cancer is related to the abnormal path for P21 CIP1/WAF1 and Rb.
