基于层次分析法与加权TOPSIS法的中医综合医院肿瘤科住院医疗服务综合评价＊

目的 对北京市11家中医综合医院肿瘤科的住院医疗服务综合能力进行排名,分析各家医院肿瘤科的优劣势,讨论中医医院肿瘤专科发展的特点及建议。方法 使用2019年北京市11家中医综合医院的肿瘤科病案首页数据,构建住院医疗服务综合评价指标体系,运用AHP层级分析法对指标权重进行赋值,运用改良的加权TOPSIS法计算得出11家医院的排名。结果 肿瘤科综合排名结果显示,排名第一的K院肿瘤科在住院服务的六大方面表现均较好,没有明显短板,排名最后一名的H院肿瘤科,中医特色指标及数据质量方面表现优异,但服务能力、效率、运营方面均明显落后。结论 中医综合医院肿瘤科住院服务综合评价结果能够指导科室发现中医肿瘤科发展面临的共性问题及各家医院自身的短板,为科室更好地继承发展中医药特色、提高科室管理质量提供了参考和依据。

Comprehensive Evaluation of Inpatient Medical Services in Oncology Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Improved TOPSIS

Objective To rank the comprehensive ability of inpatient medical services of oncology departments in 11 general hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine in Beijing, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of oncology departments in each hospital, and provide suggestions for the development of departments.Methods Referring to two major index systems a comprehensive evaluation index system of inpatient medical services is constructed. AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to assign the index weight, and the improved weighted TOPSIS method is used to calculate the ranking of 11 hospitals.Results The comprehensive ranking of oncology department is shown in Table 5. The oncology department of hospital K, which ranks first, performs well in six aspects of inpatient service and has no obvious weakness. The oncology department of hospital H, which ranks last, performs well in terms of TCM characteristic indicators and data quality, but its service capacity, efficiency and operation are obviously backward.Conclusion This evaluation results can guide the departments to find the common problems faced by the development of the oncology department of traditional Chinese medicine and the shortcomings of each hospital, and provide a reference and basis for the departments to better inherit and develop the characteristics of TCM and improve the management quality of the departments.
