基于“祛瘀生新”理论应用活血化瘀法提高皮瓣成活质量的研究进展＊

皮瓣移植技术被广泛应用于皮肤大面积缺损,但术后会发生皮瓣坏死及低质量成活会影响治疗效果。近年来,中医药在提高皮瓣成活率和成活质量的防治作用日益凸显,尤其在“祛瘀生新”思想的指导下,皮瓣术后坏死的防治得到了一定的发展。本文通过阐释中医学对皮瓣坏死的认识、“祛瘀生新”的医学本质,探讨应用活血化瘀法提高皮瓣成活质量的科学性,以期为预防皮瓣坏死、提高皮瓣成活质量提供参考。

Research Progress on Improving the Survival Quality of Skin Flaps Based on the Theory of "Removing Blood Stasis and Regenerating New Ones" Using the Method of Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis

Skin flap transplantation technology is widely used in large areas of skin defects. However, skin flap necrosis and low-quality survival will affect the treatment effect after surgery. In recent years, the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of improving the survival rate and quality of skin flaps has become increasingly prominent. Especially under the guidance of the idea of "removing blood stasis and creating newness", the prevention and treatment of postoperative skin flap necrosis has been developed to a certain extent. This article explains the understanding of skin flap necrosis in traditional Chinese medicine and the medical essence of "removing blood stasis and creating newness", and discusses the scientific nature of using the method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis to improve the survival quality of skin flaps, in order to provide information for preventing skin flap necrosis and improving the quality of skin flap survival.
