摘    要:相火禀于命门,与元气关系密切,一气周流,经少阳升发活动,流畅通达,发挥温煦脏腑、促进生长发育的生理功能。甲状腺激素亦与人体维持温热、促进生长发育密切相关。通过查阅大量文献,结合临床实际,认为甲状腺功能与相火生理方面相似,病理方面相关。基于相火理论探讨甲状腺的生理病理,并进一步思考临床治法。认为甲状腺功能亢进症表现为相火妄动,当“治以咸寒,佐以甘苦”。甲状腺功能减退症表现为相火虚衰,三焦阴邪留滞,当温补脾肾,通行三焦元气。

Abstract:The phase fire comes from the kidney, A kind of gas travel. Through the small Yang rise QI, play the physiological function of warm viscera, promotes growth and development. Thyroid function is also closely related to the maintenance of human body warmth and promoting growth and development. Through a large number of literature review, combined with clinical practice, it is believed that thyroid and phase fire are similar in physiology and related in pathology. Based on phase fire theory, the physiological and pathological study of thyroid was discussed, and the clinical treatment was further considered. Hyperthyroidism is shown as phase fire, treat with salty and cold, assist with sweet and bitter. Hypothyroidism shows spleen and kidney Yang deficiency, Yin evil stay stagnation, which is treated as warm spleen and kidney, and passes through tri-jiao Promordial Qi.
