水动力吸脂与负压吸脂在自体脂肪移植隆胸术中的应用比较

目的探析水动力吸脂与负压吸脂分别用于自体脂肪移植隆胸术中的应用效果。方法将本院2017年8月至2019年8月收治的80例接受自体脂肪移植隆胸术的患者纳入研究样本,采用随机且自愿的原则以及手术吸脂方式的不同,将所有研究对象分为对照组(n=38例)与观察组(n=42例)。其中对照组予以负压吸脂自体脂肪移植隆胸术,观察组予以水动力吸脂自体脂肪移植隆胸术,对比两组研究对象术后的临床效果、手术时间、胸围增加量、移植脂肪吸收率及成活率、术后并发症发生率以及研究对象对手术的满意度。结果观察组患者手术的总有效率(97.62%)较对照组(78.95%)显著要高(P<0.05);观察组患者的手术时间较对照组组显著缩短(P<0.05),其胸围增加量较对照组显著大(P<0.05),其自体移植脂肪吸收率及存活率均较对照组显著高(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后总并发症发生率(11.90%)较对照组(36.84%)显著要低(P<0.05);观察组患者对手术的满意度(95.24%)较对照组(73.68%)显著要高(P<0.05)。结论水动力吸脂自体脂肪移植隆胸术的综合效果优于负压吸脂,其手术总有效率更高且并发症更少,更节约手术时间成本,得到患者的普遍满意,临床应用价值更高。

The Application of Hydrodynamic Liposuction and Negative Pressure Liposuction in Breast Augmentation with Autologous Fat Transplantation

Objective To investigate the application effect of hydrodynamic liposuction and negative pressure liposuction in breast augmentation with autologous fat transplantation.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent breast augmentation with autologous fat transplantation in the hospital between August 2017 and August 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly or voluntarily assigned into the control group (n=38) and the observation group (n=42).The control group underwent breast augmentation with negative pressure liposuction autologous fat transplantation,and the observation group underwent breast augmentation with hydrodynamic liposuction autologous fat transplantation.The clinical outcomes,operation time,increased chest circumference,absorption rate and survival rate of graft fat,incidence of postoperative complications,and satisfaction with surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of surgery in the observation group (97.62%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (78.95%) (P﹤0.05).The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the increased chest circumference was obviously larger than the control group.the absorption rate and survival rate of autograft fat were significantly higher than the control group (all P﹤0.05).The total incidence rate of postoperative complication in the observation group (11.90%) was lower than that in the control group (36.84%) (P﹤0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group with with the surgery (95.24%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.68%) (P﹤0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive effect of breast augmentation with hydrodynamic liposuction autologous fat transplantation is better than that of negative pressure liposuction.The total effective rate of the former is higher than the latter,and the complications are fewer.The duration of the former surgery is relatively shorter and it is generally satisfying for patients.
