电针、复方丹参滴丸、针药结合对冠心病患者心肌耗氧量和临床症状积分的对照研究

目的找出针、药及针药结合三者的最佳治疗方法,并为电针手厥阴心包经内关穴对冠心病心肌缺血患者具有良好的调整作用提供临床依据。方法通过电针内关穴、口服复方丹参滴丸及针药结合等3种不同治疗方法对冠心病心肌缺血患者心肌耗氧量和临床症状积分的改变进行客观疗效比较。结果3种不同治疗方法均能降低心肌耗氧量(P<0.01),缓解心绞痛,减轻临床症状,降低临床症状积分(P<0.01),提高疗效;3组比较,针药组>电针组>药物组。结论单纯运用电针和口服复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病患者均有较好的疗效,但针药结合运用效果更好。电针手厥阴心包经内关穴对冠心病心肌缺血患者具有良好的调整作用。

Control Study of Three Different Treatment Method on MCO and ICS in Coronary Artery Disease

Objective To find out the best method of traditional Chinese medicine and proved the adjusted effect for coronary artery disease (CAD) by electroacupuncture-PC6 of the hand-jueyin pericardium meridian. Method To compare the effect of myocardial consumption of oxygen and clinical symptom Integral of CAD treated by electroacupuncture (EA), Compound Danshen Dripping Pills (DSP) and EA-DSP combined. Result All of the three kinds of methods can decrease MCO (P <0.01), and remit angina, mitigate clinical symptom, and decrease the clinical symptom Integral (P <0.01), raise the therapeutic effect. To compare the effect of three groups, especially EA-DSP group brought about the optimal effect. EA-DSP>EA>DSP. Conclusion The effect of EA-DSP treating myocardial ischemia is better than EA and DSP. EA-DSP group brought about the optimal effect. Electroacupuncture-PC6 of the hand-jueyin pericardium meridian has the satisfactory adjusted effect on CAD.
