右室双腔心彩色多普勒超声诊断

目的 探讨超声心动图对右室双腔心的诊断价值.方法 回顾分析132例右室双腔心的超声心动图特征,并与手术对照.超声检查内容包括二维及彩色多普勒显像.结果 132例右室双腔心患者超声诊断与手术结果一致,同时超声心动图还可发现合并存在的其他畸形,以室间隔缺损最为常见.结论 右室双腔心临床上并不少见,超声心动图是诊断右室双腔心的首选方法.此外,超声提示诊断右室异常肌束是十分必要的,具有较高的临床价值.

Value of echocardiography in diagnosis of double-chambered right ventricle

Objective To explore the value of echocardiography in diagnosis of DCRV.Methods The ultrasound characteristics of 132 patients diagnosed with DCRV by echocardiographic examination were rerospective studied,in which 2D image and color Doppler image were applicated.Results the 132 cases were in accord with the diagnosis of surgery and the complicated abnormalities also were found by echocardiography,mostly were ventricular septal defect.Conclusion echocardiography is the first method in the diagnosis of DCRV.
