膀胱移行细胞癌中P53蛋白的表达及意义

目的 探讨Ｐ５３蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中的分布与临床分期，病理分级，淋巴结转移和预后的关系。方法 应用ＡＢＣ免疫组化法对６６例人体膀胱移行细胞癌进行研究。结果 正常膀胱粘膜Ｐ５３均阴性。发现Ｐ５３在浸润性膀胱癌中的表达高于浅表性膀胱癌（Ｐ〈０．０５）；

The expression and clinical significance of P53 in human bladder carcinoma

Objective To investigate P 53 protein relative with bladder cancer cells invasion, the degree of differentiation, the metastasis and the prognosis in bladder carcinoma cases. Methods 66 cases of bladder carcinoma P 53 proteim were studied by immunity histochemical method.Results The results shown that normal bladder mucosa P 53 were all the negative. The positive rate of P 53 protein was significant higher in invasion tumors than the superficial ones (P<0.05).The P 53 expression was progressive increase in the cases of tumor grade. The positive rate of P 53 in the bladder tumors of lymph node positive were more than the lymph node negative ones (P<0.05).The P 53 positive rate of the tumors recurrence within 2 years was more than after 2 years recurrence ones (P<0.05).Conclusion The P 53 expression was relative with invasion. It is suggested that P 53 protein expression can be as a useful index in evaluation the degree of differentiation lymph node metastasis and the prognosis of patients with bladder carcinoma post-cystectomy.
