| 摘 要： | 目的:分析近30年来糖尿病周围神经病变中医证候分布特点,为临床辨证提供参考依据。方法:采用主题检索及关键词检索方法检索1978—2010年在国内正式期刊上公开发表的糖周辨证治疗及辨证分型的文献进行统计分析,采用证候要素分析研究糖周的证候特点。结果:符合入选要求文献22篇。入选病例1912例,涉及10个证候,频率由高到低依次为:气虚、血瘀、阴虚、痰浊、热蕴、阳虚、气滞、寒凝、血虚,其中气虚、血瘀、阴虚、痰浊、热蕴、阳虚6个证候要素检出率大于10%。南方、北方患者主要证候要素分布未见明显差异。结论:近30年糖周证候频率由高到低依次为:气虚、血瘀、阴虚、痰浊、热蕴、阳虚、气滞、寒凝、血虚,表现了其本虚标实的病机。
