| 摘 要： | 目的:研究呼吸道感染肺气虚证大鼠的症候表现和血气指标变化、肺匀浆IL-8及肺组织病理学改变的相关性。方法:用呼吸道生物被膜菌(铜绿假单胞菌)以滴鼻法,辅以寒冷疲劳刺激引起大鼠呼吸道慢性感染,诱导肺气虚证的发生,观察证候表现、检测血气指标、IL-8及肺组织病理学改变。并设一组补肺益气治疗组予以反证。结果:模型组大鼠支气管及周围肺组织慢性炎症明显。pH、PO2、SaO2%下降,PCO2、肺匀浆IL-8升高,与正常对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),补肺益气治疗组支气管炎症不明显,血气指标、肺匀浆IL-8接近正常组(P>0.05)。结论:呼吸道感染肺气虚证大鼠症候表现和支气管及周围肺组织慢性炎症以及pH、PO2、SaO2%下降,PCO2升高相关,肺匀浆IL-8升高和肺部炎症的发生相关。
