| 摘 要： | 络病理论源远流长,从《黄帝内经》中的"络"及"络脉"概念,到清代叶天士根据络脉的病变首次提出"久病入络"、"久痛入络"理论,继而90年代提出"络病理论",到许多专家学者又相继从现代实验角度具体研究络病的现代机理。文章从传统头痛络病机制和现代实验研究进展探讨络病理论与头痛病之间的密切关系。
