| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药退热颗粒剂联合小儿退热滴肠液治疗小儿外感高热的疗效。方法:采用随机、对照法,将急性上呼吸道感染患儿220例,随机分为试验组和对照组各110例,分别用中药颗粒剂联合小儿退热滴肠液和布洛芬混悬液治疗,采用χ2检验和t检验比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗后0.5、1、2、4、6h体温变化。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较P>0.05;前1h对照组体温下降优于治疗组,第4、6h对照组体温上升高于治疗组。结论:两组治疗总有效率无统计学差异;对照组退热起效时间优于试验组,但试验组退热维持时间优于对照组。
