| 摘 要： | 目的:利用组织培养技术,对玉竹进行体外繁殖,为加强玉竹优良种质资源的保存和选育奠定基础。方法:设计不同激素组合的培养基,对玉竹进行组织培养研究。结果:花通过愈伤组织可形成再生植株,根状茎可直接分化出不定芽。结论:通过组织培养技术能加快玉竹的繁殖,加强玉竹优良种植资源的选育。

| Abstract: | Objective:To strengthen the selection of germplasm resources of Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce.Method:Design MS medium with different hormone combinations,and make the study of tissue culture of Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce.Result:Flower can regenerate plante by callus,while rhizome can regenerate adventitious bud directly.Conclusion:The regenerated rate and the selection of germplasm resources of Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce can be improved by tissue culture. |
