| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨四君子汤联合微量喂养的方法对新生儿窒息后喂养不耐受的疗效及其对血浆一氧化氮水平的影响。方法:52例新生儿窒息后喂养不耐受的患儿随机分为两组,在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组采用四君子汤联合微量喂养的方法对其进行治疗,对临床疗效进行观察,同时动态检测血浆一氧化氮水平的变化。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组患儿症状改善较快,同时血浆一氧化氮水平也更快地趋于正常。结论:四君子汤联合微量喂养的方法能够对胃肠道激素分泌水平恢复正常以及窒息后喂养不耐受症状的改善起到有效的促进作用。
