| 摘 要： | 目的:本实验对刺槐花的总黄酮进行提取,确定总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,确保总黄酮充分提取出来,发挥药物作用。方法:比较超声提取和回流提取的方法,采用单因素方法对提取次数进行考察,并采用正交设计考察方法,对溶剂浓度、提取溶媒用量以及提取时间进行考察。结果:确定出总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇回流提取,乙醇浓度为75%,提取溶媒为40倍量,提取2次,每次提取1h。结论:其方法合理,最佳工艺可信可靠。
