| 摘 要： | 陈建杰治疗脂肪肝经验介绍,脂肪肝分为酒精性脂肪肝(AFLD)和非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD),酒精过量,肥胖是引起脂肪肝的两大病因。中医辨证责之于湿、痰、瘀邪,疾病早期以痰湿二邪为主,脾虚痰凝是病理基础,特别在脂肪肝早期。脂肪肝的治疗:首先是改变患者的不良生活方式;其次,运动锻炼;第三,中药干预,注重健脾化湿,主要治法为健脾化湿,清热化痰。
