社区家庭康复护理干预对脑卒中患者康复的影响

目的评价社区家庭康复护理干预对脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力、心理的影响。方法将我社区内脑卒中患者60例随机分为干预组和对照组各30例,干预组做好出院指导后并执行一套为期3个月的社区家庭康复护理综合干预,对照组仅在患者出院时进行出院指导。分别于干预前及干预后3个月对两组患者采用Barthel指数评分量表和汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）进行评价。结果社区家庭康复护理干预3个月后,干预组Barthel指数评分及HAMD评分均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论系统的社区家庭康复护理干预能有效提高脑卒中患者的日常生活活动能力,减轻抑郁程度。

The effect of community home-based nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of stroke patients

Objective To evaluate the activity of daily living and the psychological impact of Community home-based nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods 60 stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups,one is to be intervened,and the other is the control group.Both groups leave hospital with a series of directions.Besides the directions,the intervened group will be intervened by a trimestral treatment which is a composite intervention of Community home-based rehabilitation nursing.Respectively,before intervention and 3 months after the two groups were evaluated by the Barthel index and Hamilton depression rating scale（HAMD）.Results After the trimestral treatment,based on Barthel and HAMD,the score of the intervention group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The system of community family nursing intervention can improve the rehabilitation of stroke patients with activities of daily living as well as reduce the severity of depression.
