| 摘 要： | 灸法用于防病保健在我国已有悠久的历史，现介绍临床上常用的保健灸穴及操作方法，如足三里灸、神阙灸、气海灸、关元灸、大椎灸、风门灸、身柱灸、膏肓灸、涌泉灸等，以供同道们进一步了解和掌握保健灸法。

| Abstract: | Application of moxibustion to health care and disease prevention in different periods of the history is expounded to show that it has a long history in our country. The authors present the clinically often used points for health moxibustion and methods of Zusanli(ST36), Shenque(CV8), Qihai(CV6), Guanyuan(CV4), Dazhui(GV14), Fengmen(BL12), Shenzhu(GV12), Gaohuang(BL43) and Yongquan(KI1) moxibustions for doctors in the same field to further understand and master health moxibustion. |
