细胞色素芳香化酶P450在子宫内膜增生症及子宫内膜癌中的表达

目的探讨细胞色素芳香化酶P450在子宫内膜增生症与子宫内膜癌发病中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜增生症及子宫内膜癌中细胞色素芳香化酶P450的表达。结果细胞色素芳香化酶P450在正常子宫内膜无表达或表达弱,在子宫内膜增生症与子宫内膜癌表达增强。结论细胞色素芳香化酶P450促进子宫内膜增生症与子宫内膜癌的发生与发展,为选择细胞色素芳香化酶抑制剂治疗子宫内膜增生症和子宫内膜癌提供了理论依据。

The expression of aromatase cytochrome P450 in endonmetrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer

Objective To observe the role of aromatase cytochrome P450 in the pathogenesis of endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer. Methods The expression of aromatase cytochrome P450 in normai endometrium, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer were detected by immunohistochemical analysis. Results The expression of aromatase cytochrome P450 in normal endometrium was negative or weakly expressed, whereas the expression of aro rnatase cytochrome P450 was higher in endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer. Conclusion The increased expression of aromatase cytochrome P450 in endometrial hyperplasia and endometril cancer may play an important role in pathogenesis and development of these diseses. It may provide the theoretical basis for the treatment of these diseases with aromatase inhibitor.
