不同人群气虚体质分布状况的调查分析

目的研究气虚体质在不同人群的分布状况。方法采用流行病学调研的方法对北京市城区、乡镇、农村人口16岁以上的395人进行气虚体质分布状况的调查。结果气虚体质在成年人群样本中的出现率为19%;农村人口比乡镇和城市人口更容易出现气虚体质;女性比男性更容易出现气虚体质;男性40岁以后出现气虚体质的概率较40岁以前的各年龄段明显增加,40岁以前的各年龄段气虚体质出现率没有明显的随年龄增长的趋势。41~48岁气虚体质的出现率明显高于40岁以前的各年龄段以及49~56岁年龄段。57~64岁气虚体质的出现率最高,64岁以后反而有下降的趋势。女性在22岁之前较少出现气虚体质,29~35、36~42、43~49、50岁以后气虚体质的出现率呈递增趋势。结论气虚体质在不同人群中的分布状况不同。

Investigation and analysis on distribution of qi-insufficiency constitution in different people groups

Objective To study the distribution of qi-insufficiency constitution in different people groups. Method The epidemiological method was used to investigate the distribution of qi-insufficiency constitution of 395 individuals aged over 16 years in the population of Beijing city proper, suburbs, towns and villages. Results The frequency of qi-insufficiency constitution occurrence was 19% in the sample of adult group. Qi-insufficiency constitution was more liable to occur in the population of town and village than in city population, more liable to occur in females than in males. The occurrence rate increased obviously in males after the age of 40 than those in different age groups before 40, but it had no tends to increase with increasing age in different age groups before 40. The occurrence rate was remarkable higher in the group of 41-48 than in different age groups before 40 and the group of 49-56, and it was the highest in the group of 57-64 and tended to decrease in the group of over 64. There were a few cases in females before the age of 22 but the occurrence rate of qi-insufficiency constitution increased progressively in the group of 29-35, 36-42, 43-49 and over 50.Conclusion The distribution of qi-insufficiency constitution is different in different people groups.
