| 摘 要： | 目的通过研究黏附分子CD44v6、syndecan-1在胶质瘤中的表达,探讨其与胶质瘤浸润发展的关系。方法用免疫组织化学SP法,CD44v6选用石蜡切片,syndecan1采用冰冻切片进行分析研究。结果CD44v6在正常脑组织的阳性表达率50%(4/8),而在胶质瘤中基本不表达8.2%(5/61);syndecan1在胶质瘤中表达为22%(9/41),明显低于对照组阳性表达率75%(6/8)(P<0.05)。但两者的表达在胶质瘤Ⅰ～Ⅱ级组与Ⅲ～Ⅳ级组中相比均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论CD44v6的表达缺失可能是胶质瘤不发生颅外转移的原因之一,syndecan-1与胶质瘤的浸润发展有一定的相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of CD44v6 and syndecan-1 in gliomas,and its correlation with the invasive behavior of glioma.Methods Immunohistochmical SP was used to detect the expression of CD44v6 and syndecan-1 in sections.Results The expression rates of CD44v6 and syndecan-1 in gliomas were 8.2%(5/61)and 22%(9/41),which were significantly lower than 50%(4/8) and 75%(6/8) in normal brain tissions(P<0.05).There were no obvious differences between high-grade gliomas and low-grade gliomas in the expressions of CD44v6 and syndecan-1. Conclusions The loss of CD44v6 expression may be one of the causes of no extracranial glioma metabasis. Syndecan-1 may be correlated with the invasive behavior of glioma. |
