b-FGF基因表达与肝细胞癌侵袭性的关系

目的：以ｂ－ＦＧＦ表达为指标，研究与肝细胞癌侵袭性有关的分子机理。方法：应用免疫组化方法研究ｂ－ＦＧＦ在７０例肝细胞癌组织中的表达及其与肝细胞癌侵袭性的关系。结果：ｂ－ＦＧＦ在肝细胞癌组织中表达阳性率为６５．７１％，侵袭性肝癌高于非侵袭性肝癌，不同大小肝癌及不同包膜状况肝癌，其ｂ－ＦＧＦ表达无差异，ｂｎ－ＦＧＦ表达与原发性肝癌的病理分级。

The expression of b-FGF gene related to the invasiveness of human hepatocellular carcinoma

AIM:b FGF was used as an index to study the molecular mechanism related to the invasiveness of human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). METHODS:The expression of b FGF in 70 HCC samples and the relationship between the expression of b FGF and invasiveness of HCC were studied by using an immunohistochemical method. RESULTS:The expression positive rate of b FGF in 70 HCC samples was 65.71%. The expression level of b FGF in HCC samples with invasiveness was higher than that in HCC samples without invasiveness. However, no significant difference in expression of b FGF was found between small and large HCC as well as between HCC with and without capsule. There were no significant correlations between the expression of b FGF in HCC samples and tumor grade,HBsAg and AFP. CONCLUSION:The expression of b FGF was related to the invasiveness of HCC.
