| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Pilon钢板治疗Pilon骨折的效果及临床应用价值。方法：对26例Pilon骨折患者行切开复位Pilon钢板内固定治疗,评价其治疗效果。结果：26例获得随访,平均随访时间（18.5±6.2）个月,骨折全部愈合。按Mazur等制定的评分系统,临床疗效优23例,良2例,可1例,优良率88.5%。结论：Pilon钢板治疗Pilon骨折疗效确切,是较理想的内固定材料,在临床应用上值得推广。 |

THE CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF PILON PLATE FOR THE TREATMENT OF PILON FRACTURE |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effects and clinical applications of the Pilon plate for the treatment of Pilon fracture.Methods： 26 cases of Pilon fractures underwent open reduction and plate internal fixation and their therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results： 26 cases were followed up for an average period of 18.5 months, all the fractures healed. According to Mazur scoring system, excellent 23 cases, good 2 cases,bad 1 case; with good rate of 88.5%.Conclusion： Pilon plate for the treatment of Pilon fracture is an ideal fixation materials in clinical applications and worth promoting. |
