宫颈阴道分泌物中的胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1诊断胎膜早破

摘    要:目的 :探讨宫颈阴道分泌物中的胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白 - 1(IGFBP - 1)在胎膜早破诊断中的价值。方法 :选择 2 0 4例胎膜早破孕妇和 89例正常孕妇 ,应用免疫层析法对其宫颈阴道分泌物进行IGFBP - 1检测。结果 :IGFBP - 1诊断胎膜早破的敏感性 94 .2 % ,特异性 93.4 % ,阳性预测值 97.0 % ,阴性预测值 93.2 %。结论 :宫颈阴道分泌物中的IGFBP - 1可作为诊断胎膜早破的客观指标 ,对临床有较大的实用价值。

Abstract:Objective:To study the value of insulin like growth factor binding protein-1 (IGFBP-1) in cervicovaginal secretions for the diagnosis of premature rupture of membrane (PROM).Methods:Two hundred and four cases of ruptured amniotic membranes and 89 cases of term pregnancy took part in our prospective study.IGFBP-1 in cervicovaginal secretions was measured by immunochromatography methods.Result:As a predictor for the diagnosis of PROM,IGFBP-1 had a sensitivity of 94.2%,a specificity of 93.4%,a predictive value of the positive test 97.0% and a predictive value of the negative test 93.2%.Conclusion:Insulin like growth factor binding protein_1 can be used as an objective indicator in the diagnosis of premature rupture of membrane.
