小儿止嗽糖浆提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:探讨小儿止嗽糖浆的最佳提取工艺。方法:用正交试验法对小儿止嗽糖浆的生产条件进行优选。结果:小儿止嗽糖浆的最佳生产工艺:取规定量的药材加入7倍量的pH=9的水提取3次,每次1.5h,滤液合并,常压浓缩至适量,按成品量的30%加入蔗糖,0.2%苯甲酸钠,加热至沸,搅拌5min使充分溶解,加纯化水至规定量,搅匀,过滤,灌封于100mL玻璃瓶中,即得。结论:经验证此工艺基本稳定,适合小儿止嗽糖浆的大生产。

Abstract:Objective:To study the best production processes for Children Zhisou Syrups.Method:Orthogonal methods have been used to test the law establishing Zhisou Syrups production conditions preferred. Result:The best outcome children Zhisou syrup production processes: seven times the volume of water, which pH=9, extract three times, each time 1.5h, filtrate merger constant enrichment and adequate, refined sugar to 30% by volume, 0.2% sodium acid, heated to boiling, stirring 5min to fully dissolved, add provisions to purify water volume, juice, filtering, Guanfeng in 100mL glass bottles.Conclusion:This certified processes is basically stable and suitable for Children Zhisou Syrups production.
