摘    要:目的回顾性分析总结影响子宫颈癌复发的高危因素。方法对2003年1月至2008年12月间中山大学附属第三医院妇科收治的116例子宫内膜癌病例进行回顾性分析,进一步探讨病理类型、组织学分级、肌层浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期与复发之间的关系。结果临床分期、不同病理类型、组织学分级、有无淋巴结转移中患者的缓解曲线比较,结果均P〈0.05,差异有显著意义;年龄、有无肌层浸润患者的缓解曲线比较,结果均P〉0.05,无统计学差异。COX回归多因素分析,临床分期及组织学分级对生存的影响有统计学差异,P〈0.05。结论病理类型、组织学低分化、淋巴结转移、期别晚是复发的高危因素。

Abstract:Objective To analyze high risk factor for recurrence of cervical cancer.Methods To summarize the influence of pathologic type,histological grade,myometrial invasion depth,lymph node metastasis and clinical stages on recurrence of 116 cases with cervical cancer in the third affiliated hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University from Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2008. Results The comparisons of the alleviate curves in different clinical stages, pathologic types,histologic grades and wether with lymph nodemetastasis were both P〈0. 05,they indicated the differences were statistically significant. The comparisons of the alleviate curves in wether with different depth of myometrial invasion,age or were both P〉0. 05,they were not statistically different. By multivariate analysis,clinical stages and histological grade were independent high risk factors for prognosis( P〈0. 05) . Conclusion Pathologic types,low histological grade,lymph node metastasis,late-stages are high risk factors of recurrence.
