| 摘 要： | 针对新一轮等级医院评审工作中,盲目增加或减少护理文书归档种类及在患者床边过度增加护理表单的情况,结合等级医院评审中与护理文书相关的近20个单项检查标准,依据国家、军队、地方相关法律法规及规范,将必须归档的文书分为依法病案归档、院级归档、科级归档三级进行管理;并应把握好依法管理原则、精选分类原则、精减量化原则、自我保护原则,同时应关注规范一致性问题及分级质量控问题。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the blind increasing or decreasing the file types of nursing documents and excessive increasing of nursing forms in patients＇bedside in the new level hospital evaluation work,combinied with the nearly 20 individual inspection standards of nursing documents in level hospital evaluation,and according to the national,military and local relevant laws ＆ regulations and standards.The nursing documents were classified into three-level archive management,including legal file archive,college-level archive and department-level archive.Moreover,the principles of management by law,selection of classification,streamline quantitative and self-protection are strengthened,and pay attention to standard consistency and classification quality control problems. |
