| 摘 要： | 文章从课程设置、教学方法、评估与考核出发,归纳、分析国外护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力的培养经验,结合我国护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力的培养情况,提出几点建议:优化课程设置,强化理论与实践相联系;改革教学方法,激发学生临床实践兴趣;规范评估与考核,保障培养质量,以积极探索适合我国国情、体现护理专科特色的护理硕士专业学位研究生培养体系,实现应用型高级护理实践人才的培养目标。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the cultivating experiences of clinical practice competence of master of nursing specialist （MNS） in aboard,from the aspects of curriculum provision,teaching methods,assessment and evaluation.Then combining the cultivation status of MNS clinical practice competence in China,this paper put forward several suggestions,including optimizing curriculum design to integrate theory with practice,reforming teaching methods to inspire students＇ interests in clinical practice,normalizing assessment and evaluation to ensure education quality,so as to actively explore a MNS system with nursing professional characteristics that is suitable for China＇s situation and get the target of applied advanced nursing practice talents. |
