| 摘 要： | 目的探讨异位妊娠患者积极率与坚韧人格的关系。方法运用中文版正性负性情绪量表和坚韧人格量表对239例异位妊娠患者进行调查。结果患者积极率为(0.79±0.37);坚韧人格得分为(1.90±0.23)分;积极率与坚韧人格呈正相关(P0.01)。结论患者积极率和坚韧性程度均较低;积极率能预测患者的坚韧人格,护士应针对其积极率做相应的健康教育以增加患者的坚韧性。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between positivity ratio and hardiness among patients with ectopic gestation.Method Totally,239 patients with ectopic gestation were investigated by Chinese Version Positive and Negative Affect Scale and Hardiness Scale.Results The average positivity ratio was （0.79 ± 0.37）,the average score of hardiness was （1.90 ± 0.23）.There was positive correlation between them （P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion The patients with ectopic gestationare at poor condition in positivity ratio and hardiness.Positivity ratio could predict patients＇hardiness,then nurses should provide corresponding health education to enhance patients＇hardiness. |
