上海市中医院护士工作嵌入与离职意愿的相关性研究

摘    要:目的调查上海市中医院护士工作嵌入、离职意愿水平,并分析两者的相关性。方法采用工作嵌入量表、离职意愿量表对上海市3所三级、2所二级中医院的531名护士进行调查。结果上海市中医院护士的工作嵌入总均分为(2.85±1.11)分,处于中等水平;离职意愿处于较高水平,总分为(15.16±3.41)分;两者呈负相关(P0.01)。结论提升中医院护士的工作嵌入水平可以降低其离职意愿,可以更好地稳定中医院护理队伍。

Reaserch on the correlation between job embeddedness and turnover intention of nurses in Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals in Shanghai

Abstract:Objective To investigate the level of job embeddedness and turnover intention of nurses in Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals in Shanghai and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods Totally,531 nurses from three three -level and two secondary Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals in Shanghai were recruited and investigated using Global Job Embeddedness Scale and Turnover Intention Scale. Results The job embeddedness score was (2.85 ± 1.11 ), which was at a middle level. The turnover intention was at a higer level with a total score of ( 15.16 ± 3.41 ). There existed negative correlation between job embeddedness and turnover intention(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Improving nurses'job embeddedness can decrease their turnover intention in Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals, and can better stabilize the nursing team.
