四联疗法治疗青少年近视105眼

目的 观察四联疗法治疗青少年近视的疗效.方法 将102例青少年近视患者分成治疗组55例,对照组47例,对治疗组患者用中医食疗、耳穴贴压、眼部贴敷、雾视矫治组成的四联疗法进行综合治疗,对照组患者除坚持学校统一执行的眼保健操及保持用眼卫生外,不得使用其他预防治疗近视措施.结果 治疗组总有效率79.05％,对照组总有效率5.56％,治疗组显著优于对照组（P ＜0.01）.结论 四联疗法对青少年近视有效.

Juvenile Myopia Treatment by Four Combined Methods for 105 eyes

Objective To observe effects of the four combined methods treatment on Juvenile myopia. Methods 102 Juveniles myopia were ran- domly allocated into treatment group （55 eases） and control group （47 cases）. Treatment group patients were treated with TCM diet, auricular application pressure,Sticking Around the eye, the fog of the four combined methods treatment for comprehensive treatment. Control group in ad- dition to adhere to the school uniform implementation of the eye exercises and to maintain eye health,no1 to use other measures {or preveming and treating myopia. Results Total effective rate in treatment group was 79. 05% ,higher than 5.56% in control group with remarkable difference （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion The four combined methods treatment for Juvenile Myopia have certain curative effect.
