摘 要: | 目的 对5-羟甲基糠醛在大宁党参炮制研究中的现状进行系统的分析,为大宁党参炮制研究提供科学依据.方法 对大宁党参炮制的炮制方式、辅料等因素进行改变,测定5-HMF含量,考察对5-羟甲基糠醛含量的影响.结果 大宁党参经过炮制后产生5-羟甲基糠醛成分,其中蜜制产生的5-羟甲基糠醛含量最高.结论 5-羟甲基糠醛在炮制过程中产生,其作用和意义仍需进一步研究.

Abstract: | Objective systematic analysis of status in the study on the processing of Codonopsis pilosula 5-hydroxymethyl furfural, and provide sci- entific basis for the research on processing of Codonopsis pilosula. Methods Codonopsis processing processing way, accessories and other factors change, determine the content of 5 - HIVIF,of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural content. Results Cxxtonopsis 5-hydroxymethyl furfural components after processing, the honey produced 5-hydroxymethyl furfural content in the highest. Conclusion 5-hydroxymethyl furfural produced in the processing process, its role and significance needs further study. |
