加味丹参饮高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的建立加味丹参饮的HPLC指纹图谱。方法色谱柱:C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-甲酸-乙腈梯度洗脱,检测波长为270 nm,流速1 mL·min-1,柱温30℃。结果确定了14个共有峰,10批加味丹参饮指纹图谱的相似度均>0.9。结论该方法简单、准确、重复性好,可为加味丹参饮的质量评价提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC fingerprint of Jiawei Danshen decoction. Methods Chromatographic column was C18 (4.6 mm× 250 ram, 5μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-formic acid in a gradient elu- tion mode and the detection wavelength was 270 nm. The flow rate was 1 mL ·min- 1, and the column temperature was 30℃. Results Fourteen peaks were confirmed, and fingerprint similarity of 10 batches of Jiawei Danshen decoction was higher than 0.9. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility, and provides a basis for quality evaluation of Jiawei Danshen decoction.
