心胸外科术后患者多管道安全管理的效果

目的探讨管道护理改进措施在心脏监护室患者多管道安全管理中的应用效果。方法采用简洁的管道标识,以"从头到脚评估法"评估管道情况,设计管道护理交班表进行管道交接班及加强管道护理等措施,进行多管道护理的安全管理。结果管道缠绕、固定不当、管道脱出、管道移位、非计划性拔管、连接错误、管道堵塞、受压及扭曲、并发症的发生率及管道交接班错误率均明显降低,管道交接班时间缩短(P0.01或P0.05)。结论多管道安全管理可以提高护理工作效率,减少因管道护理不当引起的安全管理风险,是多管道安全管理持续质量改进的有效方法。

The effects of safety management for Cardiac Care Unit patients with multiple catheters

Objective To explore the effects of safety management for cardiac care unit （CCU） patients with multiple catheters. Methods Improved safety management were implemented for CCU patients with multiple catheters, including simple identification marks, head to toe assessment, designing handover forms and strengthening catheter care. Results After implementing the improved safety management,the incidences of catheter wrapping,fixed unproperly, prolapse, accidental extubation, connection error and clogged, incidence of complications and handover errors all significantly decreased, and handover time was obvi- ously reduced （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Improvedl safety management can effectively improve nursing efficiency, reduce safety management risks caused by improper nursing, and it is an effective continuous quality improvement method of patients with multiple catheters.
