社区护士向家人讲授心肺复苏技能的障碍与顾虑

目的探讨社区护士向家人讲授心肺复苏技能的障碍与顾虑,从而促进心肺复苏技能的宣传和培训。方法采用质性研究的研究方式,通过目的抽样的方法,对9名社区护士进行一对一的半结构式深入访谈,通过类属分析法分析资料。结果影响社区护士向家人讲授心肺复苏技能的障碍和顾虑可以类属为5个主题,即工作与家庭的边界明显;家人之间的角色依赖;顾虑家人的感受;危险离家人很遥远;担心家人使用不当。结论传统文化、忧患意识、家庭角色、时间和空间都会在一定程度上影响心肺复苏技能的普及,在进行培训和传播时,需要充分考虑这些因素的影响。

The barriers and concerns of teaching CPR skills by community nurses to their families

Objective To explore the barriers and concerns in teaching CPR skills by community nurses to their families, so as to promote popularization and training of CPR. Methods Qualitative method of in - depth, semi - structure interview was conducted among 9 community nurses though purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed by using category analysis. Results Five themes were indentified which were the barriers and concerns of teaching CPR skills by community nurses to their family, included the boder between work and family was obvious, role - dependent in the families, concerns of families＇ feelings, dangers far from families,worrying about imporper use of CPR by their family. Conclusion Traditional Chinese culture about death, sense of urgency, role of family, time and space can influence popularization of CPR,which needs sufficient consideration.
