肿瘤专科医院护士职业倦怠与抑郁情绪、社会支持的关系研究

摘    要:目的探讨肿瘤专科医院护士职业倦怠现状以及与抑郁情绪、社会支持的关系,为预防和降低肿瘤专科医院护士的职业倦怠提供理论依据。方法抽取哈尔滨市某肿瘤专科医院的314名临床一线护士,选用自设一般资料调查表、职业倦怠量表、抑郁自评量表、社会支持评定量表对其进行调查。结果肿瘤专科医院护士情感耗竭得分(24.77±11.14)分,去人性化中位数为7.00分,个人成就感得分(30.22±9.77)分,职业倦怠检出率为68.15%;抑郁情绪得分(38.10±7.51)分,检出率为48.41%;社会支持总分(39.67±7.19)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,抑郁情绪、夜班、工作类型、学历为肿瘤专科医院护士职业倦怠的主要影响因素。结论肿瘤专科医院护士职业倦怠程度较重,发生率较高,护理管理者应重视这一问题,并根据相关因素建立有效的倦怠预警和干预措施,降低肿瘤专科医院护士的倦怠发生率。

Research on relationships among job burnout,depression and social

Abstract:Objective To explore the status of nurses'job burnout and to analyze the relationships among job burnout, depression and social support in tumor hospitals, so as to provide theoretical basis for preventing and reducing job burnout of tumor hospital nurses. Methods Totally,314 clinical nurses from one tumor hospital in Harbin were recruited and investigated with a self - designed general inforamtion questionnaire, Maslach Burnout Inventory, Self - Rating Depression Scale and Social Support Rating Scale. Results The emotional exhaustion score of tumor hospital nurses was ( 24.77 11.14 ), the median of deper- sonalization score was 7.00, the score of achievement was (30.22± 9.77 ), and the detection rate of job burnout was 68. 15%. Depression score was (38.10 ±7.51 ) ,the detection rate was 48.41%. The total score of social support was (39.67 ±7.19). Multiple linear regression showed that depression,night shift, working type, educational background were factors influencing job burnout of tumor hospital nurses. Conclusion The job burnout degree of nurses in tumor hospital is heavier, and the incidence is high. Nursing managers should pay attention to this problem, and establish effective burnout early warning and intervention measures according to related factors, so as to reduce nurses'job burnout.
