改良护理标识对首次住院精神分裂症患者安全管理的影响

目的分析改良护理标识对于首次住院精神分裂症患者安全管理的影响。方法对首次住院精神分裂症患者使用改良护理标识进行管理,改良护理标识分为3大类,即患者识别标识、治疗护理标识和治疗环境标识。对每一类标识的颜色、形状、字样、挂放位置、适用范围、使用方法及注意事项进行统一要求,并纳入护理质量控制范围。结果患者的自杀未遂、类自杀、自伤、冲动、伤人、外逃、藏药、拒绝进食、拒绝治疗不良事件发生率降低(P0.05);患者对护理标识接受度及满意度提高(P0.01)。结论规范应用护理标识可以有效降低封闭病房首次住院精神分裂症患者的护理不良事件发生率,提高患者满意度。

Effects of improved nursing marks in the safety management of schizophrenia patients during the first hospitalization

Objective To analysis the effects of improved nursing marks in schizophrenia patients＇ safety management during the first hospitalization. Methods The improved nursing marks were used in schizophrenia patients＂ safety management during their first hospitalization,including patients＇ recognition marks, treatment-care marks and therapeutic environment marks. The colors, shapes, model of written characters, position, range of application and usage and no- tice of various marks, were unified. Results The incidences of suicide/parasuieide/autolesion, impulse/hurting, flight/hiding medicine/refusing therapy were decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）. The acceptance of nursing marks and patient satisfaction were increased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Normative application of nursing marks can reduce the incidence of adverse effect and increase patient satisfaction for schizophrenia patients during the first hospitalization in blocking wards.
