维持性血液透析患者营养状况及其影响因素调查分析

目的调查维持性血液透析患者的营养状况,并分析其影响因素,以便为临床改善患者的营养状况提供参考。方法采用改良主观全面营养评价法对199例维持性血液透析患者进行营养评估。结果 50.25%的患者轻度营养不良,43.72%的患者中度营养不良,4.52%的患者重度营养不良。年龄、透析时间、主要照顾者是影响维持性血液透析患者营养状况的主要因素。结论维持性血液透析患者的营养状况令人堪忧,应更多地关注高龄、透析时间长、缺乏照顾的患者,以改善这些患者的营养状况,提高其生活质量,延长患者寿命。

Investigation and analysis of the status and influencing factors of nutritional status in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of nutritional status in maintenance hemodialysis patients,so as to provide references for improving nutritional status of those patients.Method The Subjective Global Assessment of Nutrition was adopted in 199 maintenance hemodialysis patients.Results There existed 50.25 ％ mild malnutrition,43.72％ moderate malnutrition and 4.52％ severe malnutrition.The main influencing factors were age,hemodialysis time and the primary caregivers.Conclusion The nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis patients is relatively poor.More attention should be given to aged patients and those with long hemodialysis time and lack of caring,in order to improve their nutritional status,improve their quality of life and prolong their life.
