摘    要:目的建立脑膜炎奈瑟菌种属及群的快速检出方法。方法应用PCR法扩增标准菌株及标本中脑膜炎奈瑟菌种属及各群的特异性DNA片段,通过电泳后对产物进行分析。结果11份标本中检出4份脑膜炎奈瑟菌CrgA基因片段,其中扩增出2份含有NmA群Off-2基因片段,2份含有NmC群siaD(C)片段。结论PCR技术可用于临床标本中脑膜炎奈瑟菌种属及各群的特异性检测。

Application of PCR Technology in Epidemic Cerebrospinal Meningitdis Surveillance

Abstract:Objective To develop a rapid detection method for nesseria meningitidis species and group. Methods PCR method was used to amplify the standard strains of neisseria meningitidis bacteria in the samples and a group of specific DNA fragments by electrophoresis after an analysis of the product. Results 4 of 11 specimens were detected neisseria meningitidis CrgA gene fragments, which were amplified containing 2 NmA group Off - 2 gene fragments, 2 NmC group siaD (C) fragments. Conclusion The PCR technique can be applied to clinical specimens in the neisseria meningifidis bacteria and specific detection of DNA.
