二甲基苯蒽诱发小鼠宫颈上皮内瘤变动物模型的初步观察

目的利用化学致癌剂二甲基苯蒽（DMBA）诱发小鼠宫颈上皮内瘤变动物模型。方法棉线浸入溶于苯的二甲基苯蒽（DMBA）中，于小鼠宫颈部位埋入含有DMBA的棉线，连续观察5个月，通过光镜观察宫颈组织病理形态。结果在给予致癌剂DMBA后，小鼠宫颈上皮逐渐发生不典型增生，其组织形态学特点与人宫颈上皮内瘤变相似。并在此基础上出现了宫颈癌。结论二甲基苯蒽能够原位诱发小鼠宫颈上皮内瘤变动物模型．可用于人宫颈上皮内瘤变的相关实验研究。

Establishment and preliminary observation of 7, 12-dimethylbenz[a]anthracene-induced CIN in mice

Objective] To establish CIN models in mice with 7, 12-dimethylbenza]anthracene(DMBA). Method] DMBA was resolved in benzene, where in the central portion of a cotton yarn was immersed in it.
